THREAD MACHINE
This is a special end threading machine. Capabilities include threading cone top, mono top and others.
CURLER
A unique high-speed curler for ends has been designed. A double stack was made to fit the existing area.
BODYMAKER
New in 2021. The EKL Ragsdale type bodymaker has been designed with many improvements on the former type.

A facility dedicated solely to Research and Development projects has been acquired. EKL performs R&D projects for our customers from around the globe in this fully modernized building. Our engineering and tool shop staff can produce any type of container or end. Many of the R&D projects have resulted in EKL designed and built Production Lines.

PILOT LINES
Once design and testing are completed in the fully equipped R&D Center, we are capable of higher volume production on Pilot Lines. Including all stages of production at one location allows for an efficient process and effective timely troubleshooting whenever necessary.
PRODUCTION LINES
EKL Machine has the capability to design and assist in the installation of full production lines for our customers. Our experienced team is well-versed in overcoming the many on-sight mechanical and electrical challenges that come with the start-up of a new line.

At EKL Machine Company, all tooling is manufactured on-site with state-of-the-art equipment in climate-controlled conditions. The equipment consists of CNC lathes, mills, grinders, EDM machines and more. Critical items such as Heat Treating, Coating, Plating, and Carbide are single-sourced to ensure quality.
